Last year, over 150 students, aged 6-18, got their hands on some history by exploring life on a 19th century homestead. Each day featured two workshop that allowed students to participate in historic crafts and activities. There are almost 25 workshops offered on various topics from small and large animal husbandry to preparing wool fibers by carding, spinning, and weaving. Each workshop is designed to meet the new Pennsylvania STEM-based education curriculum guidelines. There are a limited number of spots available each day, so make your reservation early.
