About this Blog
Jill Evans Kryston, owner of Defining Manners: A School of Contemporary Protocol, offers tips and advice on social etiquette, communication skills, table manners, bullying prevention, and much more! After an early career working in marketing and customer service, Jill learned first-hand the importance of a professional image and the benefit of using good manners. Later, staying home to raise three children, having invested heavily in their future, she noticed a general lack of courtesy and respect among the younger generation and she became concerned about their future. With a vision to help bring back civility, Jill was prompted to enroll in a certification course at the International School of Protocol where she became qualified to teach etiquette to children and teens. She has since earned her certification to teach adults and business professionals as well. More than a job, Jill is genuine and passionate about promoting good manners. She uses her extensive knowledge, warmth, and engaging personality to help her clients capitalize on their human potential to make valuable first and lasting impressions. Contact Jill to find out how she can customize a class for you or someone you love using valuable life skills and people skills, the necessary tools for successfully managing relationships at home, work or school.
